The Lowdown

It is always a good idea to be familiar with the route taken for your driving test in Brampton. We have posted the map below as well written as directions for the route reported by test-takers. This route is one of the most commonly taken for the exam, but it is possible you might have slight variations on the route. Driving instructors and schools are familiar with the routes and will charge you money to take you there. We figured we'd put them up for free here as a public service. Ultimately, the most important thing you need to do for the Brampton road test is learn how to take a road test regardless of route.

Written Directions

Starting at the test center:

  1. Turn right onto First Gulf Blvd
  2. Turn right onto Steeles Ave E/Peel Regional Rd 15
  3. Use the 2nd from the right lane to stay on Steeles Ave E/Peel Regional Rd 15
  4. Use the right lane to take the ramp onto ON-410 N
  5. Take the Clark Boulevard exit
  6. Use the middle lane to turn left onto Clark Blvd (signs for Clark Boulevard W)
  7. Turn right to merge onto ON-410 S toward Toronto
  8. Head southeast on ON-410 S
  9. Use the right 2 lanes to take the Regional Road 15/Steeles Avenue exit
  10. Head southeast toward Steeles Ave E/Peel Regional Rd 15
  11. Use the middle lane to turn left onto Steeles Ave E/Peel Regional Rd 15 (signs for Regional Road 15 E/Steeles Avenue E)
  12. Use the right lane to take the ramp onto ON-410 N
  13. Merge onto ON-410 N
  14. Take the Clark Boulevard exit
  15. Use the middle lane to turn left onto Clark Blvd (signs for Clark Boulevard W) 
  16. Turn right to merge onto ON-410 S toward Toronto
  17. Merge onto ON-410 S
  18. Use the right 2 lanes to take the Regional Road 15/Steeles Avenue exit
  19. Use the middle lane to turn right onto Steeles Ave E/Peel Regional Rd 15 (signs for Regional Road 15 W/Steeles Avenue W)
  20. Head southwest on Steeles Ave E/Peel Regional Rd 15
  21. Turn right onto Kennedy Rd S/Peel Regional Rd 16 (signs for Regional Road 16/Kennedy Road)
  22. Head northwest on Kennedy Rd S/Peel Regional Rd 16 toward Tullamore Ct
  23. Turn left onto Tullamore Rd
  24. Turn right onto Bartley Bull Pkwy
  25. Head south on Bartley Bull Pkwy
  26. Turn left to stay on Bartley Bull Pkwy
  27. Turn right onto Orchard Dr
  28. Turn left onto Steeles Ave E/Peel Regional Rd 15
  29. Turn right onto Kennedy Rd S (signs for Kennedy Road)
  30. Turn left onto First Gulf Blvd
